Plamen works tirelessly as a liaison of the Learning Resources and Technology Services (LR&TS) to College of Education toward promoting technology to faculty. Plamen is an early adopter of cutting-edge technology and he knows how to present it to faculty in approachable and attractive format. Plamen teaches technology classes as part of the College of Education, and he applies the newest technological achievements in his classes. He also works actively toward promoting in pedagogy those technological achievements to fellow faculty.

Plamen’s interest in technology goes back to the early and mid 90s when he learned how to use email, the Internet, and Web development. Plamen’s work at the Austrian National Library, University of Florida and Northwest University were a great schooling in connecting technology with education.
