at the Calgary Board of Education accept the 2003 Innovations in Information
Services Award from LearningTimes Executive Producer Jonathan Finkelstein
and LearningTimes CEO John Walber.
Innovative
Teacher-Librarians in the Calgary Board of Education, with the
support from the Innovative Learning Services and Media Services,
have developed three library portal sites for students in K-12,
in response to identified needs such as acquiring, sustaining and
maintaining print collections and scarce school based library support.
